Subsidy for renovating vacant/abandoned houses
We will subsidize part of the cost of renovation, cleaning, etc. for those who wish to move to Toyooka or those who have moved here within the past 3 years.
Eligible applicants
・Defined as those who wish to move, or those who have moved within 3 years (provided that they settle in Toyooka City for 5 years or more)
・Toyooka City Regional Development Cooperation Corps (within one year after the end of the activity period)

Subsidy rate / subsidy limit
Within 2/3 of the target expenses, up to 1 million yen.
We will subsidize part of the repair work costs for housing for vacant detached houses and condominiums. (Hyogo Prefecture)
Eligible properties
Defined as those who want to renovate an unoccupied house and use it as a residence, business establishment, or as a site for regional exchange for more than 10 years.
Eligible properties
・Houses being unoccupied for 6 months or more
・Those that are more than 20 years old
・Property where any water facilities such as kitchen, bathroom, or toilet have not been renewed for over 10 years and require major functions to be repaired.
・Unoccupied houses with earthquake resistance
Subsidy rate / subsidy limit
The subsidy rate and subsidy limit vary depending on how property is used.
May be used in combination with city repair assistance, (However, the subsidy and city repair assistance use must be clearly delineated).
